Announces Kimberly Mashburn As Senior Consultant

(ATLANTA, GA) – Clarity Benefit Consulting

benefit consulting, is pleased to announce the recent
addition of Kimberly Mashburn, RN as Senior Consultant.
Kimberly Mashburn will lead Clarity’s Vendor
and Implementation Management Practice for North America.
Ms. Mashburn, who holds a BS in Nursing from the University
of Tennessee, has acquired extensive experience in
account management, personnel management, fiscal management
and network development over the span of her 20+ year
career.
Prior to joining Clarity, Ms. Mashburn served at UnumProvident,
as assistant vice president national account executive,
overseeing complex national accounts with more than
56 lines of coverage and $80+ million of premium for
such companies as: Time Warner, Dell, HCA, Enterprise,
and the State of Tennessee. She also managed both pre
and post go-live activities and implementation and
ongoing customer relationships.
Prior to Ms. Mashburn's role as a national account
executive with UnumProvident, she served as an assistant
vice president for the National Practice & Partner
Account Management team and was responsible for managing
national accounts in UnumProvident’s home office
locations of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Portland, Maine.
She acquired her strong leadership skills through the
management of 23 staff who were responsibility for
58 national accounts representing $2.8 million covered
lives, with complex customized plan designs and multiple
divisions, plan administrators and locations and 18
partner accounts with 175 million dollars of annual
premium. Ms. Mashburn was accountable for the development
and integrity of the annual budget and for collection,
analysis, and reporting of statistical activity and
performance metrics. Ms. Mashburn’s leadership
skills also extend into many civic activities where
she has earned several honors and awards as a community
and healthcare industry leader.
