Career Highlights
Prior to joining Clarity, Mr. Clotfelter served as a senior consultant and team leader for Aon Consulting’s Executive Benefits practice. Mr. Clotfelter managed a team that provided day-to-day administration services to 30 in-force clients. Based in the national service center in Atlanta, he acted as a pre-implementation resource, taking design concepts to practical application. Post-implementation, he consulted with clients on the administration, financial and operations issues that arise in the course of servicing the plan. Prior to his experience with Aon, Mr. Clotfelter served in similar benefit consulting roles.

Mr. Clotfelter brings to Clarity over twelve years of experience in nonqualified benefit administration, including plan implementation, ongoing servicing, and participant communications. His expertise in all aspects of deferred compensation plans, supplemental retirement plans, supplemental DI, executive life, and life insurance financing are helping to build the foundation for Clarity’s Executive Benefits practice.
